Bells vapour rub is a cooling ointment with an aroma of menthol and eucalyptus.

For clear, cool breathing. Rub a small amount on chest, throat, back and also below the nose, particularly just before going to bed. Alternatively mix a little (2 teaspoons) in hot (not boiling) water and inhale the vapour for 5 -10 minutes.
