INGREDIENTS
Ultra-filtered whey protein concentrate, Calcium Caseinate, Fat-free dairy solids, Maltodextrin, Modified Food Starch (fibre), Inulin, Guar gum, Xanthan gum, Flavouring ,Sodium, Sucralose, IS140 Vitamin blend.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Add 2 heaped scoops to 200 – 250ml cold water or skim milk. Mix in a blender or shaker. Can be used in place of a meal, in between meals or as a post-training meal.
